How does the free preview work?
Tell us about your business and we'll design a preview of your new website. You see it before you pay anything, and if it isn't right for you, you owe nothing.
How much does it cost?
Plans are Starter $79, Growth $149 or Front Desk $199 a month. There's a one-time setup fee equal to one month, and it's waived if you stay at least 3 months.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There's no long contract. If you stay at least 3 months, the setup fee is waived. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime by email or phone.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content is yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
What counts as a content update?
A content update is one change that takes up to about 30 minutes — text, photos, prices, hours or a new section. Unused updates don't roll over.
Will you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't. What we do is make sure Google can find and understand your site — page titles, a sitemap, Google Search Console — and on the Growth and Front Desk plans we look after your Google Business Profile too.
What is the AI Receptionist?
A chat box on your website that answers customer questions using only the information you give it, and takes booking requests for you — day or night. It's clearly labeled as an automated assistant, and it never confirms a booking on its own. It's included in the Growth and Front Desk plans, or $49/month on its own. It chats on your website; it doesn't answer your phone (a phone version is coming soon).
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. We can build you a new one on any plan, or add the AI Receptionist to the website you already have for $49/month.
How do I pay?
We send you an invoice each month.
